We use numerical simulation (CAE) and the latest techniques for computer-aided design (CAD).

We design cargo vehicles, parts and components and create technical documentation (parametric), stress analysis, durability and optimization. For these works, the latest software and global technologies of computer-aided design are used: Pro Engineer, CATIA v.5, Solid Works, AutoCAD.

The engineering team has the expertise and the relevant knowledge and extensive experience in designing and carrying out study and Finite Element Analysis of Rail Cargo Wagons, Road Cargo Trailers.

We offer in particular design of:

In each of these areas, our specialists can advise, plan and execute the corresponding simulations as required.
For simulations (CAE) the following applications are used: ANSYS, ANSYS AQWA, NX NASTRAN, PATRAN.

All completed projects are confirmed by the relevant calculations and FEM analysis. These studies than can be published in reports according to the individual requirements of the customer.
